Something about the big "M" - part 1

Guys, I am getting married, so like we have design mood board and the color palette ( had to refer to my good old dict for that). I made one for my wedding!!!

So the first thing my wedding dress, its going to be an ivory shade, with just a little bit of lace on the top, which extends to form as sleeves ( my god, I am making the dress sound as an interior project). And a few motifs on the skirt.  Well that's the front and the back!!!!

The headgear , have no idea whether it will stay on my head, thanks to a straight hair ( I still wonder why girls go and straighten their hair). Was thinking of a birdcage, but still like the traditional. but knowing me, you just cannot say!!!

The calla lily is a beautiful and majestic flower,It is a trumpet-shaped flower with large leaves, making it predominant in a bouquet. The calla lily is popular with painters because of its appealing and elegant shape. Home designers love its simplicity. Due to its association with the Resurrection, calla lily have come to signify new beginnings ( which is truly happening in my life) and purity ( well I changed the color to red ). (the best part) The flower symbolizes the eternal, pure love and commitment between the couples. In two words it means - Magnificent Beauty!!! Well that's my theme flower for the wedding.

Punching Bag!!!

Well, had a meeting with a client yesterday after completion of a project! Expected it to go really bad, which usually happens, when clients have to pay you!!! I really do not know why whenever someone has to pay you, they make you feel as if you are being paid for charity!!!! It goes like this " there were some flaws and its not as we expected, but still we need to pay you your fees."

It hurt, hurt like hell. Cause I did my best, with a dominating contractor, who felt he could make the final call, and went about finger pointing ( as he keeps saying "I d'ont mean to point fingers" ), who also decided he could change details whenever he felt like. And a pair of egoistic site supervisors, who tried to get better than the other. Consultants who did not cross check at site. And to top the list, a client who is just a grown up version of a "spoiled brat" (who loves to make a grand entry, and almost never notices you, it almost seems that you are chameleon, camouflage into the surroundings ,which include display units and mirrors, so left to your imagination what my outfit would be, and possible so much of silver blusher, silver highlighter and not to mention a silver lipstick to camouflage into the mirror!!!!!!).

But maybe, from all of my 95% dedication to the whole thing the 5% that I did not give, did give some flaws to the whole output. And at the end of the day, you are just the "punching bag" for everybody to vent their frustrations on!!!

I learnt an important lesson, give your 100%, you will still be "THE PUNCHING BAG"

A new begining!!

Well!!! Hi to all you unknown out there!! Wanted to do something different from my usual routine of creative sometimes depressing work, and seeing all these blogs, I thought maybe I could try something, that I am completely sadly bad at, "WRITING".

And yes I am terrible in the "English" language, where my school & high school teachers as well as my sis-in-law would totally agree!!!! (You should have seen my report card - a sorry 45/100 in my board exams, and the rest of it crossing 75). So yeah, equipped with a dictionary and my spelling corrector, I decided to have a blog and name it "IMAGINATIVE DIVA".

Whats its going to be about?????? I absolutely have no idea!!! :-)

One thing I do know is that I want it to be about everything under the sun!!!!

Well thats for now!!!

they say " the reason why life is upside down, so we can live life the right side up"

Ciao!!!!!
